Flow

Another series, titled Flow, is a photographic exploration often taken from a road’s point of view, capturing the surrounding environment. This series is composed of several images layered together. Technically, each photo is taken from the same position over multiple moments, but what changes are the subjects' movements within the space. The result is a repetition of the same figure, appearing in different positions across the final image.

What captivated me most about this process was the unpredictability: I had no idea what the person in the frame would do next. They might do something mundane or surprising—turn their head, change direction. Unlike a moving image, where motion is fluid and continuous, Flow captures movement within a single frame, creating a thematic structure that conveys the rhythm and energy of the city. This felt like the most authentic way to see and portray urban life.
